Nimbletunes Early Childhood Music Curriculum
In this 5-year program designed for preschool children, Nimbletunes worked closely with partnering schools to provide a quality music education curriculum in the safe and familiar school environment. The curriculum incorporates various prominent music education philosophy and researches on children development. It lays a strong foundation for future music instrumental training.
Our team of musician-educators have a wealth of experience in the music industry and education. We are passionate about bringing music to children and are adequately equipped to provide premium music instruction. The Nimbletunes Team designed a unique musical number for the year-end graduation concerts of partnering schools. The item showcases the hardwork of teachers and children throughout the year.
Short Term Program: Taiko Drum Making
This short term program which lasts 10 weeks is the perfect way to get to know us and experience the Nimbletunes approach. Children will work together to turn tyres into taiko drums which will be treasured by children for years to come! They will also learn about rhythm, play musical games and be engaged in music making in a percussion ensemble. This makes a great holiday camp idea too. Discuss with us today!
Primary School Instrumental Programs
We supply Orff Schulwerk Music and Movement Program and Ukulele Program to primary schools. Instruments could be purchased or loaned from us. In these instrumental programs, children will gain better understanding about musicianship and ensemble skills. Apart from musical learning, as students work together on musical projects as a group, there will be positive impacts on character development as well as social and emotional learning.
Teacher's Professional Development Workshop
We organise professional development workshops for preschool teachers and customised workshop for teachers in Nimbletunes' partnering schools.
